โœ”ย INGREDIENTS:

๐Ÿ”ธ1 cup sugar

๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 cup light brown sugar

๐Ÿ”ธ1 cup unsalted butter

๐Ÿ”ธ1/8 tsp baking soda

๐Ÿ”ธPinch of salt

๐Ÿ”ธ1 tbsp maple syrup

๐Ÿ”ธ1 cup almond slivers, toasted

๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 cup chocolate chips

โœ”ย INSTRUCTIONS:

๐Ÿ”นCombine sugars, butter, vanilla, and salt in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.

๐Ÿ”นStir constantly until candy thermometer reads 300*. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and maple syrup.

๐Ÿ”นPour onto baking sheet and allow to cool.

๐Ÿ”นIn a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips. Pour and spread over cooled buttercrunch bars.

๐Ÿ”นPlace in refrigerator to set.
